What began as a part time summer job has blossomed into a thriving, twenty-year career doing exactly what I love...leading brand and retail transformation for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. By leveraging years of experience in traditional brick-and mortar and direct-to-consumer retail, I offer a unique blend of strategic and creative expertise, balanced with operational practicality and leadership. Leads the in-house, digital first, marketing, and creative agency for Unilever brands in US and Canada. Lead all aspects of digital marketing, strategy, creative, E-commerce and social media for over 30 brands within the Unilever portfolio. Reports to CEO of Oliver Agency, NA.

  • Advisor and consultant reporting to the CEO.

Vice President - Brand and Retail, Standard Textile Home (2018 to 2020)


  • Developed the consumer division, Standard Textile Home for Standard Textile Co. (the leading global B2B supplier of textiles for healthcare, hospitality and commercial interiors.) 
  • Successfully created, developed and launched the DTC website https://standardtextilehome.com in November 2018. The Home division is currently achieving month over month, triple digital growth. 
  • Launched the company's first pop-up shop and led the store design development, construction, negotiated lease agreement and oversaw all operational and executional deliverables. 
  • Developed the brands product strategy and lead the product development team who put over 250 skus into our assortment and developed the PD pipeline for products that carry into Q4 2020. 

Vice President - Brand Presentation and Creative, Luxottica Retail (2013 to 2018)

  • Led the “Center of Excellence” Brand Presentation and Creative group, which support all retail channels in North America (Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Ilori, Apex, Oakley) 4000 retail locations.
  • Led LensCrafters new global store design project - secured Macy’s partnership.
  • Integrated technologies -Virtual Try On and Digital Signage. 
  • Nominated for "Women of Excellence" in leadership award - 2017.

Retail Consultant, Too Faced Cosmetics, Zobha (2012-2013)

  • Services included; visual merchandising, brand look book, window creative presentation, styling, propping, fixture design, store layout, product assorting and brand messaging. 
  • Supported relaunch within Sephora and Ulta, fixture resdeign, evolved brand messaging and project management.

Senior Director Visual Merchandising, Bare Minerals (2010 - 2012)

  • Led all aspects of store experience and creative development for ten retail and wholesale channels, in over 3000 locations in four countries.  
  • Evolved the brand in all channels by overhauling all fixtures and graphic messaging.
  • Company reached $1 Billion in sales. 


Director Visual Merchandising, Old Navy - Gap, Inc. (2007- 2010)

  • Responsible for all aspects of the store experience (including the new store design initiative) and visual merchandising for the Adult and Non-Apparel businesses .
  • Evolved visual strategies to align with marketing plans to ensure more powerful 360° executions.
  • DDi -Store Design of the Year Old Navy - 2011.

  • Led all visual merchandising and in store marketing strategies for North America.
